Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. Announces Future CFO

Houston, Texas, August 26, 2015 – Employee Owned Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Hydraquip, Inc., Hydraquip Custom Systems, Inc., Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc., Elite Controls Inc. and Gulf Controls Company, Inc., announced today that Matthew Weisser will become the chief financial officer for the company at the beginning of 2016 with the retirement of current CFO, David Tyler. Matt will begin work with EOHI on September 21, 2015, as to allow him some time to work with David for completing an orderly transition as scheduled.

Matt has over twenty years of experience, first becoming a CFO for Avanti Companies in 1998 before participating in other CFO opportunities. Matt most recently worked as the CFO for T-Rex Services, a company providing services in the hydroexcavation market. As CFO for EOHI, Matt will oversee corporate finance, accounting, and the risk management requirements for the company, and will report to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Richard Neels.

“We are extremely excited to have the opportunity for Matt join us. With David [Tyler]’s retirement, Matt will have some pretty large shoes to fill, but it is strongly apparent that Matt is quite capable of continuing the successes that makes this such a great company to be a part of,” said Richard Neels, President and CEO of EOHI.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is also a certified public accountant.
